Senior Business Development Executive
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Business Development Executive to drive international sales for our IT services. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in international markets, with a strong understanding of both inbound and outbound sales strategies. This role requires expertise in identifying global business opportunities, developing client relationships, and delivering sustainable revenue growth in the IT services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- International Sales Strategy:
- Develop and execute comprehensive inbound and outbound sales strategies to target international markets.
- Identify new international business opportunities and develop strategies to enter new geographic regions.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand client needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes globally.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads through digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and content strategies.
- Inbound Sales:
- Handle inbound sales inquiries, converting them into qualified leads, and nurturing them through the sales funnel.
- Utilize CRM systems to track and follow up on inbound leads from global sources, ensuring a high conversion rate.
- Outbound Sales:
- Identify and proactively reach out to potential clients in key international markets through targeted outreach campaigns (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Develop and deliver compelling pitches and proposals tailored to international clients, emphasizing the value of IT services.
- Lead negotiations and close international deals while ensuring favorable contract terms.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and manage long-term relationships with key international clients to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Provide ongoing support and solutions to international clients, addressing their evolving IT service needs.
- Act as the point of contact for international clients, ensuring smooth communication and project delivery.
- Sales Targets & KPIs:
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for international markets.
- Analyze sales data and key metrics to measure success, identify areas of improvement, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Prepare regular sales reports for senior management, outlining performance, market insights, and future opportunities.
- Collaboration & Team Leadership:
- Work closely with the technical, product, and marketing teams to align services with international client needs and market demands.
- Mentor junior business development executives and provide guidance on international sales tactics.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in international sales, preferably in the IT services industry.
- Proven track record of closing international deals and achieving sales targets.
- Expertise in both inbound and outbound sales strategies, with strong lead generation and conversion skills.
- Deep understanding of global market trends and business development in IT services.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in delivering pitches to international clients.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle complex, high-value deals.
- Experience using CRM software and sales automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Familiarity with global contract negotiations and legal frameworks for international deals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
